Because you know according to everyone, Whites created Modern civilization, the internet, philosophy, empiricism, the magna carta, the internet, cellphones, cars, airplanes, space technology, modern science, modern medicine, modern transportation, every scientific field known to mankind, zoology, exploration, cities, skyscrapers etc. As you go from every country not run by whites to countries run by whites you will notice a slight shift in civilized behavior, technology, wealth distribution, societal running, cleanliness, space, order, beauty etc from lower to higher ends respectively. It might sound racist but this has some truth in it's basis. Obviously countries in the Middle East, and East Asia might be an exception but then they are run, funded and aided by Whites.
