Why are mediterannean men good looking?

In general the Southern Europeans are not open to outsiders. In fact when I lived in France a lot of the Algerians and Morrocoans were hated. In Italy I have heard it is the same thing. They do not look similar either, despite the stereotype of dark and swarthy, a lot of Italians have brown hair and white skin which may tan due to the weather. Dark features are not really that common.

In fact, in my experience Middle Eastern and Italians/Southern Europeans look nothing alike. Majority of the times, both look significantly different. Also the reputations of the countries differ, most women for example would not be as open to going to Turkey as they would a country like Italy for example.
