See, I agree with this. Of course she didn't ACTUALLY think statues should be built of me. It was just an expression of her love and appreciation for me. If this is what you meant all along, it did not come across that way.

And FWIW, I was not insecure about my body around my GF. I was insecure about it in pick up situations though (previous to dating her).
