No they won't pick it up, the culture is completely shittty beyond human kind. It's a country run by whores, idiots, gangland thieves and villagers that can't comprehend or understand the concept of civilization. The people are, as someone once put it are "thick, greedy, malicious, and pathetic on biblical proportions". I'm saying this out my own observations and facts.
