Approach women program feedback
Mark, I can confirm the paypal option does make you enter a credit card number. Odd.
Anyways, one thing I think would help is videos. They say pictures are worth a thousand words... whats that make video worth? I'm not talking about infield videos but video of you explaining concepts and whatever else it is that your trying to get across to the readers. Words on a page are great but can sometimes just seem like an endless wall of text when one is going through and reading all your back dated post as well. Being able to see you as your teaching is a great way to get people to identify with you more. Owen does this a lot with his articles and the RSDN readers seem to identify with it well.
Another feature I would like to see is a members journal/FR/LR section. These are always entertaining to read and keeps everyone accountable and allows others to add advice and encouragement to the journal owner.
You mentioned that your sales have flatlined. I also find this odd considering what you have said about increased traffic but also because I believe the majority of your traffic to be in the USA and most people here have gotten back their tax returns. One would think that logically your sales would be up because of all this. I know you want to appeal to more than just the PU crowd and do more than just offer PU and Seduction advice but if you want your sales to increase I honestly feel that the "PU guys" are the ones you should target. More specifically you should target the "anti-pua pua guys." These are the guys who have been around, know all the big names, and have realized that there is a better way to get their dick wet then running around asking women for female opinions. Your extreme honestly and integrity is refreshing to that crowd and will draw them in. The biggest challenge here is getting your name/brand out to them. One word of caution I offer is to not go to the extreme Aaron Sleazy has. While Aaron is a talented seducer in his own right, he turns a lot of people off (even the anti-pua pua guys) with his dogmatic, arrogant approach to marketing. "I'm right, everyone else is a scammer!!!" I don't think, however, that you will have this problem Mark.
You can possibly learn something from Aaron though. Controversy (as Brain as demonstrated) brings in traffic. Aaron has been pretty successful for a dude that does pretty much no internet marketing. This is because of hopw controversial he has been. 90% of his blog is dedicated to tearing down practically everyone else and also exposing the "pua community" and its flaws. You have done a bit of that in the past but you have done well with balancing your criticisms with alternative productive advice... something Aaron fails to do. Basically, if you can find a way to create some type of controversy without going overboard or sinking to some low level, it will bring in some traffic. As I'm sure you know, this is an area you should tread lightly in though.
When it comes down to it I fully believe your own the right path. You have done extremely well thus far and I have faith that you will continue to excel at building your brand. I deeply respect how you decided to involve all of your readers in helping you make your site grow. In a way doing this makes it seem less like your site and makes it feel as if its our site. This is important and a great thing. The more readers feel involved and important the more they will stay active and invest into the site/brand.
