I think you're over-thinking this. Really all you need to remember about day game is to give them extra personal space and relax. Everything else -- where to face, when to stop, when to walk, where to stand, etc. -- it's over-analyzing.

You need to stop trying to memorize behaviors and start looking at people's intentions, including your own.

It's much more important to pay attention how you're feeling and how she's feeling, than it is to worry about where to stand and all of that kind of stuff. If you're coming across as fake or try-hard at all, you'll weird her out. Day game is all about how genuine you are. As soon as you start memorizing techniques and procedures, you're not genuine anymore. Therefore you'll weird her out and you lose.
