I'd start with the most important ones. Once you accomplish those, the other ones will be easy, and they may actually take care of themselves without much effort.

I'd do something like:

1. Continue No Porn.
2. Go 60 days without smoking weed.
3. Have a summer job by May 1st
4. Study at least 2 hours a day no matter what. << this will kill your video game and internet time and get you the 80+% in uni.

Thanks for the advice. I realized too that I can focus on other parts of my life once this batch of goals is accomplished. I'll start with these four and see how it goes.
