Well, look, I don't know from personal experience, but at this point at 29, obviously dating a girl more than 11 years younger is completely not an option, so I don't know what its like being a 40 year old guy flirting with a girl in her early 20s. I do know that as a guy in my late 20s flirting with a girl in her early 20s, there is a bit of a "hmm are you too old for me" so I assume it will only get worse the older one gets.
