Had a one to one session with a coach called Yad here in London. The session was one and half hours where he took me into the field and observed my approaches. He said my body language was good and ability to stop women on the street was ok. He gave me a few tweaks on how to stop girls more effectivily. He said my voice tonality was also good and nothing needed to be done there.

He also covered the use of statements in the first 2-3 minutes of the conversation and keeping it real which I already knew.

Dated a local english girl a few days ago she turned out o be a nutcase.

Was feeling down for a few days. Didnt even go to the gym. Got over it now heading to the gym this morning. Was contemplating investing more money coaching or possibly a bootcamp. I can approach and get dates biggest hurdle is going from there. I dont think a bootcamp is gonna help me.
