I'm not even sure if this is the right place to ask this but I have no idea where else to get an answer to this question.
At the end of page 28 under the title " exercise " its suggested that you should print out the retailers guide and fitting guide found at the end of the book. This sounds great until you get to the end of the book and there isn't a retailers guide or fitting guide? Am I missing a part of the book or is it located somewhere else?
