Work out the arm that isn't hurt. Studies show that there is a transferred effect between a normal and injured limb, something up to 20-25% of strength is transferred, as opposed to sedentarism. So, Dumbbell Bench Presses with one arm, Military Press, Seated Rows, etc. Just use one handle and one dumbbell. Don't need to go super hard everyday, but just enough to get a training effect. I definitely have been feeling more honest attraction toward females in general. When I was on the dance floor a couple days ago, I felt extremely aroused just to be around so many women.

I completely agree with you that his erectile dysfunction may have many causes, but I think the effects of online porn are not documented in research yet. If I'm wrong I'd love to read some. I can personally say with confidence that watching porn and masturbating every 3 days has a massively different effect on me than not watching it for weeks or months. I'm sure others agree.

Honestly I can achieve an erection in bed by myself with some touching. My issue is achieving an erection when i have a beautiful girl infront of me. Now ive watched ALOT of porn in my day and still kind of worried about the effects its having on me right now.
