So I'm a big fan of Martin Berkhan and his Leangains approach to fitness. Love the fact that he consistently cites studies, uses real logic instead of bro-science, and is generally willing to adapt his opinions.
On the other hand, his Facebook account, which is about a month or two old, is a mess right now. He's completely unwilling to listen to any dissenting opinons, seems to want to avoid any sort of dialogue, and often goes on rants to 'explain' his behaviour. I'd bring it up there but I'd be kicked off faster than you can say fuckarounditis.
I don't mind his no-bullshit attitude, in fact usually it's quite refreshing, but he seems to have taken it a bit far. It seems he has little respect for his followers, and despite the fact that right now he doesn't need them (in that the only thing he sells is his time as a personal trainer), I think it will undoubtedly come back in time to bite him in the arse. Respecting your users is the golden rule as far as I'm concerned, not only because they are the ones who will buy your product, but because if you begin to despise your users then everything you're doing becomes affected by that.
Right now I'm a follower because there's no-one else who I trust and who has such a unique perspective. But there's only so much BS a man is willing to sit through...
