Just a quick note on something I've noticed lately, it works both ways:

Be bold, just look completely sexually to a girl until your eyes meet and then smile.
So far for the vast majority of the girls I've tried this, they smile back in kind of a flirtatious way. My take is she knows you're eye fucking her, which is a compliment and that you're bold enough and confident enough not to avoid her eyes while doing it.
Heh, I'd say that was my biggest improvement in the last few weeks. Nice women smiling when you meet their gaze and keep it. Feels nice and I've gotten flirty vibes with some interesting women around me. No wish/need to escalate (LTR), but still nice.
Or the high-status types, you know, the girls who wear fancy and expensive clothing and try to show this "I'm better than all of you"-attitude. I love teasing them by establishing eye contact. They quickly look at you, notice the look and try to stare in front of them as if they didn't see a thing. But I can see them being all conscious over it and always glancing back when they think I'm no longer looking. Heh, they always crack me up.

I don't think he claimed that it would get the girl to come talk to him. He just says it creates sexual tension and that girls usually like it. And if you're confident, relatively nice for her to look at, and hold it well, then yeah I think he's right.

In fact I do have an experience with a girl approaching me... strictly speaking the friend of the girl. We exchanged looks, and 2 minutes later her friend came and told me her friend wanted to meet me.
The other time this has work for me was with another girl, same procedure but she didn't approach, so I did. And yeah, we banged...
I just think it might work if you have the courage to approach later. I'm not saying that guarantees the girl approaching or even that you'll get laid or anything. I just suggest trying it.

I also want to clarify that when I said it doesn't lead to sex, I meant to say that it's not guaranteed and/or immediate in the case that you want to pursue that opportunity. Looking into peoples eyes always enhances communication. Be it in business relations, talking your employees or romantic relations. Hell, it even works with dogs and other pets.
This is something I have been practising over the last 3-4 weeks its one of the exercises in the sexual confidence course. I have found that if I give the girl strong sexual eye contact and give her a half smile before I approach her she is more likely to stop and make time for me to chat to her.
Eye contact is still something I've been trying to work on for awhile now. Don't get me wrong, I have good eye contact when I'm talking to people and engaged in a conversation. However, its looking at strangers that I have problems with. I'm not really comfortable with it. For one I don't know how to stare sexually or smile when I do make eye contact. Greeting someone I know from a distance, yea no problem I can smile. Making eye contact with a stranger and smiling feels really foreign to me.
I had pretty awesome eye-contact for a while. Then I read this awful PUA on another forum say that the right thing to do is to not look at a girl until you're already talking to her, so she doesn't feel like you're creeping. Reading that one line totally destroyed all of my ability to hold eye-contact.
Sigh.
