help with women that come to my work (not colleagues)

I work in a bank and there are a lot of nice girls coming in. I often get great rapport making conversation. Sometimes I get strong IOIs and I feel like I could ask them out on a date.

What is the best way to get things to the next level and meet them out of my workplace?

Is giving them my number a good idea?

Can I do this without my colleagues noticing?

I appreciate any advice, opinions or past experiences.

I would stay as far away as I could from picking girls up during my job.
Only one crazy girl is enough to get you sacked.

It is a bad idea. Don't shit when you eat. It's common sense. Even if you think otherwise, getting or giving a number will be heavily frowned upon by your bosses. It is the kind of thing that will get you fired. The best you can hope for is running into one of these girls outside of your workplace, and that is only likely if you live in a small town.
