What is an effective way to date foreign women?

Alright, I am looking all over the internet for effective advice on this. Unfortunately a forum which has a lot of discussion on this is run by a racist nutjob (roosh v forum). So I guess I should come here for suggestions and look elsewhere too.

One thing I want to do is date women from different countries. Again, I want to date an ITALIAN WOMAN, not an ITALIAN AMERICAN WOMAN, get what I am saying?

In the town I live in, most girls are either Anglo Saxon White (we don't have Eastern Europeans or Southern Europeans) or Black American. The only foreigners we have are bits of Asian and Hispanic immigrants who are already married when they come here. Fortunately, by the end of this year I will be out of this town and when I finish college I really plan on pursuing my goals.

Particular nationality of women I am interested in dating are

Hungarian
Italian
Spaniard
Colombian
and Brazilian

Now from what I have researched, Italian women are REALLY CONSERVATIVE and strongly attached to Italian men so I know that will be difficult but I am willing to give it a shot. Me not looking European or being an European citizen from what I have heard really hurts me but that's life.

I want to know this, for those of you who have dated women of different nationalities. What is a good way to do so?

Is traveling to that country more efficient? Is it better to move to a place like NYC and attend events which may have foreign women?

Because they're still just women, like any other women.

But to answer your question, if you insist on finding women of a particular nationality, it's more efficient to travel to their country, because then you will find a whole country filled with them (woohoo!). Also, because you will be "American", you will be foreign and unique and some women will like you for that (even if it's just 10% or whatever).

It helps a shitload if you speak their language. This can impress women and obviously helps with talking and connecting to them, especially if they don't speak English.

Although I'm dating a few girls now who don't speak English (in Colombia). I use my phone to communicate (google translate), and my very crappy Spanish. So far, things are going well.

A smartphone with internet is huuuge if you want to date foreign women btw! There are multiple apps available that can translate. Some apps even translate spoken words. And there's google translate. It's awesome.

Dont buy into the stereotypes. I use to think that all russian women were cold hearted bitches yet I have met some very warm receptive russian women in my time. Some italian women are conservative but there are also italian women who are very open to meeting men of other nationalities.

Seriously, women are women. Not sure what you expect. Sure mentality is different, some are more prone to exploding others mope around for days on end. At the end of the day though, just press the right buttons and enjoy. And if you screw up, just go for a walk (to the pub).

Traindom: No, I was not transferring there, I was vacationing there man.

Mark: Ya, I can see that happening, but I like the women from there with their looks mainly. I don't want to get into the deep personal relationship thing yet but I want to date and nail (excuse the language) women from those countries and want to know how it can be done. Moving to a big US city or actually traveling there, which would produce better results.
