Watches
Lately I've noticed myself interested in watches and even window shopping. While some caught my eye straight away they were always far above my budget. Confused
I do have an idea of the type of watch I want and I'll probably be getting one on the next few months, but other than that... Prices vary, and a lot.
Is it worth to pay 500$ or more for a piece of jewellery that we no longer need?
Out of curiosity, what kind of watches do you guys wear?

RE: Watches
I was looking for a watch a while ago. There are a lot of decent ones in the 150-300 range, at least for my tastes. I think a watch is simply a fashion accessory these days, so find one that you think looks good and go for it.

Little bit on watches in this thread: http://postmasculine.com/forum/Thread-Th...ght=swatch

Don't have to spend a lot of money to get a decent watch. Just have to be discerning and know what quality looks like/which brands deliver it.

RE: Watches
Thanks guys.
Saw the thread, the ones that caught my eyes are usually Tissot with brown leather. But I am suspicious, my eyes are too easily drawn to brown in clothes, shoes and accessories.

RE: Watches
I bought 2 watches a few years ago from http://www.skagen.com/ that cost me less than 150 a piece. I've been complimented on them a bunch. I like how sleek and flat (and cheap) they are. I'm not a huge fan of the huge watches that guys have been rocking lately. They are too gotti (for me)

RE: Watches
I consider myself a trendsetter/trend leader when it comes to watches Big Grin

I got a fake Panerai before Panerais became popular. I started wearing a white Casio g-shock 5 years ago, and now everyone is wearing a white watch.

I am think of getting a $30 vintage Timex from WalMart. That's the new thing.

I've never spend more than $100-$200 on watches. Usually much less.

Of course all these have to go with your style/outfit.
