Two questions

1. What is better mindset, to reframe negative thoughts about girl's reactions into positive ones (e.g. if a girl gives some negative reaction to interpret it as "she's just teasing me because she likes me" or when she rejects you "we aren't right for each other", "she probably had a boyfriend, good thing she didn't waste my time" etc.) OR to take responsibility for every rejection or resistance (e.g. "She rejected me because I did something wrong, next time I'll try to do better" etc.)? Hope you understand what i mean. Both ways of thinking have pros and cons.

2. Has anyone actually tried out 60 years of challenge's stuff? What are your thoughts about it, did you have success?

1) a degree of both. I don't think you should be too quick to blame yourself but you should be aware of opportunities to improve.
2) I have read 60s stuff. I think it's good. I can't say I did it step by step because I already have a decent sense of what works for me and while I might implement a tip here or there, I'm not following a "method" step by step.

I remember I use to follow 60s method and to some degree it works. I did get a couple quick make-outs but that quickly got played out and I wasn't enjoying my interactions with women. Nor was I meeting interesting women. All I managed to do was find the girls who were looking to get some that night. Plus hooking up with a girl you don't like kinda sucks
