The best thing/article/book to read on social circle game?

Hi everyone. Keep in mind I'm not trying to use the word "game" as some gimmicky style of getting girls.

I just simply am acknowledging the fact that you can't treat meeting women in a small isolated college the same way as you would living in the city cold approaching girls and setting up dates. I'm quite positive taking that approach there and cold approaching every pretty girl I see is going to land me somewhere unwanted.

I get generally that I should make a lot of friends with people, but in terms of strategy that's pretty much it.

I feel I got a lot better with women lately this summer. But I don't want to go back this summer, and while I have the skills, I don't have the strategy.
