Quote:2) Get better at orgasms
Ah, this one has been pissing me off for years. It took me a really stupidly long time to work out how to make myself come - I was like 19? And that was with a vibrator and reading material. No one else has done it yet, though I've not had a regular practice partner for a while. So for the next couple of years I could do it with that (and time) and about 8 months ago working on either using one or the other. And for the past month or so - just fingers and nothing else, spurred into action by the porn thread. Action plan here: Keep wanking, I guess. Who has to practice wanking? I'm weird. But it's working well, it's getting much easier and quicker.

WELL. I've been at the point where I can pretty much 100% get myself off without much trouble and about 15 minutes for a few months now.

I've also had as of 10 hours ago, had my first orgasm with someone else in the room. Every time I've slept with this guy had me getting close but not quite several times, and as we were winding down last night I could tell it wouldn't take much. So I finished myself off as he assisted with lots of kissing and talking and touching.

AWESOME.

I remember when my ex-girlfriend had her first orgasm after literally years of trying (not all with me obviously). Then she had her first one with me. Then I was the first guy to give her one. We were both freaking out with excitement Big Grin. Congrats lol.

I hope all of you like giant walls of text because you're in for a treat if you bother to read this.

Progress Report

Quote:The Goals
1/ Get a job (by May 31st)
2/ Get a drivers license (by July 31st)
3/ Get down to 100kg (by September 1st)
4/ Dress well/Buy some good quality clothing that fits well (by June 30th)
5/ Go 60 days without masturbating (16/04 - 16/06)

1/ Get a job by May 31st
Completely failed.

2/ Get a drivers license by July 31st
I'm going to fail this because I failed Goal 1 and also because my unemployment check did not arrive in May. I should be receiving it at latest in August so I'll reassess this goal once I have the money for it.

3/ Get down to 100kg by September 1st
I weighed in at 105.4kg this morning so I'm halfway there.

4/ Dress well/Buy some good quality clothing that fits well (by June 30th)
I've fixed a lot of things that were not working for me but I still have a long way to go.

5/ Go 60 days without masturbating
Day 29 today so I'm halfway there Smile If I never relapsed I would have already completed the goal. Relapsing forced me to take a hard look at my life so more good has been accomplished by failing this goal than succeeding.

My Revised Goals for 2012

In semi-chronological order:
  • Get a job by July 31st done
  • Go 60 days without masturbating done
  • Update Wardrobe by July 31st
  • Get my drivers license
  • Drop down to 100kg by September 1st
  • Speak conversational Greek by November 30th
  • Launch website business by December 31st

I understand why it is recommended to keep the goal list short. It's been a little overwhelming going in so many different directions. I am hoping that by the end of next month, this list will be down to 5 items with 3 completed, and a month after that, down to 3 items with 5 completed.

Strategies

Get a job by July 31st
This is the biggest goal with the highest urgency.
1/ Resume is not good enough, fix it (doing that today) done
2/ Go to all the hotels in my area and deliver my resume there, speak to the manager if I can. Follow this up by going to all the restaurants and doing the same thing.
3/ Take regular walks, and keep an eye out for hiring signs.
4/ Go to construction sites ask if they need any labourers.
5/ Improve my Greek as soon as possible
6/ Lose the fat

Go 60 days without masturbating
I have this handled, my strategy is to not procrastinate and to reset my days if I consciously touch my dick besides when pissing, showering, etc...

Update Wardrobe by July 31st
A lot of the items depend on me getting a job, so I guess that is priority number 1.
1/ Buy: a dark pair of jeans off ebay (Levi's 501 Clean Rigid 40x32) / buy a brown belt to match my shoes.
2/ Consider buying: a decent pair of shoes (f.e.)/ a dress shirt / woollen boxers and socks /
3/ Shorten my blue jeans so they are usable done / super glue my trainers again -_-
4/ Consider buying the style guide for men

Get my drivers license
When I can afford to, put aside €250, book a driving test, and do a bunch of lessons, then take the test.

Drop down to 100kg by September 1st
1/ Diet down to 100kg through regular Intermittent Fasting.
2/ Do push ups, chin ups, and crunches as much as possible.

Speak conversational Greek by November 30th
I'm confused a little about what steps to take since I don't have money for 1 on 1 tutoring and a lot of things that I think of I wont actually stick to. My game plan so far is:
1/ Write up dialogues and practice them with on Live Mocha.
2/ Find a text book that assumes you know a lot of the basics but not enough to speak conversationally. Basically, every thing I have found does not really suit me so I'm thinking of just doing the Live Mocha course even though Mark recommends against it.

Launch website business by December 31st
1/ Finish reading through the necessary technical books.
2/ Code up a prototype by September 1st.
3/ Don't worry about monetisation until after the launch.
4/ Consider adding community features like global chat pre-launch.
5/ Launch! and then the real work begins Smile

Better late than never.

1. Stop procrastinating at work.

2. Finish loosing weight (down to 87 kg) and getting a 6-pack (by August 10).

3. Learn German at least 2 and preferably 4 hours every single day.

4. No porn for 2 months, why not.

5. Start approaching girls. This is going to be the hardest. Hope the program on this webpage helps. Main problem is that I have moved to Germany not speaking the language yet.

I don't think I've posted my goals list here but...

Just went skydiving today.
Absolutely amazing.

I went from scared of heights and never being on a plane to jumping out of one and loving heights. Plus its pretty cool to say the first plane I was ever in I jumped out of lol

If you haven't done it yet, go do it. Like now.

There's probably an option to get videos and pictures. At least get pictures.

RE: The Official Lifestyle Goals 2012 Thread
Book reading has been going well, though the past 2 I read have been re-reads. Still on about one a week/one every two weeks.

Pilates missed 4 sessions with Berlin and packing for Berlin but have been to all of them since I got back.

Orgasms are going swimmingly. I'm now getting almost there every time I sleep with the guy, though when I realise it kind of evaporates. Me finishing myself off while he assists is taking less and less effort every time though.

I think I need some new goals.

1) Learn some German - I'm going to be putting this one off until I'm back at uni in September and have a little more time. I can also do a language module which should give me some structure

RE: The Official Lifestyle Goals 2012 Thread
Update:

It's amazing how fast life changes. I'm now in NYC working in Manhattan for a nonprofit developing web campaigns for them. For the first time in my life I have a salary, and a decent one at that. I'm not going to be isolated in Alaska now so my goals have changed....

New goals for the 2nd half of 2012:

1) Improve my social, dating, and sex life (begin by August 3rd).

To be more specific: have at least 2 dates each week (with different girls) and go out at least 2 nights a week to sharpen social skills and meet new women.

One advantage of NYC is there are so many beautiful woman here. Like my god, so many! In the subway, walking to work, cafes, bars, just walking down the street from my apartment. I literally can't walk more than 15 minutes without seeing 5-10 girls I'd love to meet (going off just physical appearance of course). Going from Alaska to this is insane. Like night and day in terms of girls, culture, and lifestyle.

Strategy:
  • Read Models again to refresh.
  • Go through Mark's online programs one by one.
  • Possibly get longer term personal coaching (I'm deaf so my situation is a bit unique) now that I can afford it.
  • Go out at least twice weekly purely to socialize and meet women. Also try out the online dating sites.

I have an August 3rd date to begin by because I'm so busy now getting setup at the new apartment, learning the new development tools for work, etc, and want a definite timeline when the excuses must die by.

2) Continue building my web development skills. (Take HTML/CSS/SASS/WordPress/Drupal/PHP/jQuery abilities to next level).

Strategy:

Use my free time outside work, gym, dating, and ASL socials to play around continuously with new coding/markup.

3) Get into the best shape of my life (same goal as before).

Strategy:
  • Join gym across the street (a getto ass gym, but has all the hardcore weights and equipment I desire, and it's cheap for the area).
  • Lift weights 3-5 times a week in the morning before work.
  • Eat a healthy clean diet (I'll do most of my own cooking, even though there's like 20,000 restaurants near me).

4) Become conversational at ASL (American Sign Language).

Strategy:

Go to the ASL Socials at least once a week (aim for twice weekly). Make friends with other deaf or ASL interested people and hang out with them to develop conversational skills.

Sub-goals: (background goals)

1) Pay off part of my student loan debt. This was my #1 goal before everything changed, but now I'm going to go a little slower so I can enjoy life in NYC. Goal is to pay off $500/m now.

2) Meditate and journal at least weekly. Aim for everyday meditation.

RE: The Official Lifestyle Goals 2012 Thread
I missed my "Six Pack by July 1st" goal. Going to change it until the end of the year. I may have had a chance at it, but I pulled my groin pretty bad and haven't been able to exercise much for a few weeks.

Halfway through the year, my revenue is 78% of what it was last year, so I'm just on pace to accomplish that goal.

RE: The Official Lifestyle Goals 2012 Thread
1- Complete Approach Program BEFORE OCTOBER 9th
I'm doing it because I see that I rely way too much on web dating. My plan is to be able of approaching any girls I want, ask any girls phone numbers or ask any girls out. I won't lie, I fear approaching women. I plan to write a journal here on the forum. I think the feedbacks will help me a lot.

-Start Approach program
-Start a journal on the forum
-Write logs at least 3-4 times a week
-Asking Time to cute girls
-Asking direction to cute girls

Update 20/08/2012 - I didn't try at all in August. I was dating girls, so it's like I wasn't comitting to this goal. I won't let myself start new goals or project until this thing is over. It's the only I will push myself to do it. I will give myself 100% into it. Anyway, I still have 50 days to complete it. Writing logs on the forum 3-4 times a week was maybe a bit optimist. I'll do a review of my week on sunday instead.

2- Increase my weight to 150 pounds (starting weight 142) BEFORE AUGUST 31th
I think it will be easy. I'm already doing heavy lift in the gym. My only problem is nutrition. My big problem is that I'm not taking enough protein during the day. I plan to go gradually. I'm already taking pre-workout nutrition and post workout. I've found a gym partner...it's already a big motivator for me.

-Take before pictures
-First week: Take 40g of protein and 5g of creatine upon waking up. (4/7)
-Second Week: Add multi-vitamins/Omega upon waking up.
-Third Week: Add a 40g of protein shake in the afternoon
-Fourth Week: Add all other vitamins upon waking up (Vitamin C-D, Calcium and Greens)

Update 20/08/2012 - 145 pounds - I can get my weight higher than that. I'm starting a new program in two weeks. It's like I have less energy now. I'll go to the gym and just have fun for next 10 days...take a small break and start again seriously. I think will need 1 more month to get it. I will also leave my parents house, I will be able to cook myself bigger meals and snacks.

3- Improve my look (fashion, gromming, etc.) BEFORE AUGUST 31th
I'm not doing bad. My clothes are fine, but it could be better. My jeans aren't well fitted. I lack basic clothes. I have more clothes for work (office job) than for my daily life. I will focus on basic clothes to start. I also want to get my teeth whiten.

-Read a book on fashion
-Buy new sneakers
-Buy 5 basic T-Shirts
-Buy 2 well-fited jeans
-Buy 1 well-fited cardigan
-Repair my dress shoes
-Buy a belt that match my dress shoes
-Buy a white shirt
-Get an appointement to get my teeth whiten

Update 20/08/2012 - It should be simple to finish. I have time next week end to go shopping. I will call to get my teeth whiten this week.

4- Read 8 books BEFORE AUGUST 31th
-1. Marcus Aurelius: Meditations
-2. 4 Hour Body
-3. No More Mister Nice Guy
-4. A Storm of Sword (almost finish, 250 pages to go)
-5. Anatomy of Female Power (Halfway through the book)
-6.
-7.
-8.

Update 20/08/2012 - I still have 11 days to finish 5 books. I should finish two books in the next 3 days. Then, I have two small book to read during next week end and finally a bigger book for next week. It will hard but I work better under pressure!

5- Move out from my parents house DONE
It's done! I'm moving out on September 1st. I'll live in a big city again. I'll have big room, in big appartement. The place is in a cool spot...near a University, gym, bars, etc. I won't live alone, but the people I live with aren't home often...bringing girls home won't be a problem anymore! I don't have 3000$ yet, but I'm near. In 3 weeks I'll be over that!

-Move out from my parents place and from my hometown
-Find a place alone (if possible)
-Spare 3000$ (Right now I have 2000$)

6- No Masturbation for 40 Days (July 11th to August 21th)DONE
It was terribly hard at some point. I lack self control...I constantly touch myself or think about sex. I was so horny. The good side, it made me take more risk like kissing girls on first date, being more physical on first date, asking out a girl from my job, grabbing a girl ass and boobs on a first date, being agressive with web dating (like asking the girl out fast), etc. I'm planning to do 50 days now.

4- Read 8 books BEFORE AUGUST 31th
I've already read 1 since the beginning of July. I'm half-way through a non fiction book and Game of Thrones book.

-Current result: 1/8

5- Move out from my parents house BEFORE SEPTEMBER 8th
I came back from South America without money. I was in a big city for the past 6 years. I went to live with my parents. I was suppose to stay only a month. Finally, I got a job in my hometown and decided to stay with my parents for the summer. I don't have a bad relationship with them, but I feel I have no intimacy. I feel I disrespect them if I bring girls home (ONS or Fuck Friends). Also, my hometown suck...nothing to do...and almost all my friends are out of that town. I want to have my own place. My goal is to live alone. Still, I wouldn't mind living with roommates for few months. I want to have 3000$ in the bank, I'm not sure I'll find work right away. It's plenty enough to live without work for 2-3 months. But, I feel I will find something fast.

-Move out from my parents place and from my hometown
-Find a place alone (if possible)
-Spare 3000$ (Right now I have 2000$)

On the Sexual Confidence coaching side of things I have been focusing on leading as that has always been a hurdle for me. Been focusing on leading over the last week or so to get this part ingrained.

Completed as of yesterday. Once I had the right mindset down, it was very easy in the long run.

I'm still working hard on getting a business up and running. I hope something will click in that area soon.

RE: The Official Lifestyle Goals 2012 Thread
Hi all, I'm a newbie here so I'll make this my intro post as well as my goals for 2012 (or whatever is left of it) post:

I've been living in Colombia for almost 2 years and although I'm satified with what I've been able to accomplish while here (mainly traveling and meeting more women than ever before in my adult life) I still have left some stuff for "later" way too long. Here are things that are simple, but for some reason I never get to them:

1) Learn how to cook 5 good, healthy, and delicious meals. I have my first cooking date this saturday that should take care of meal #1.

2) Being able to salsa dance with any girl at any club (I really love this stuff). I will take a week long of salsa classes to pick up more steps and find a girl who loves this stuff and go out with her.

3) Read one book per month (ALL of it). I have a bad habit of not finishing reading books that I start, so I want to break that habit and read the whole book from cover to cover.

4) No porn for 30 days (60 days is what everyone recommends, but I'm being realistic here!).

5) Travel to Cali and Medellin one week each.

6) Go back to the gym and stick with an hour max workout 3 times per week.

I see #2 as being the most challenging since I allow myself to be seduced by too many distractions (it's a fun country so sue me), but I'll stick to the plan and start finding a sala partner tonight.

Hey Jarocho, let us know when you come through Medellin. It's cool to meet other readers of the site.

Business is up and running things are running smoothly. Felt alittle stressed and down the last few days to be honest but gradually picked myself up again. Planning on Lithuania or Helsinki next month probably both ;-)

Hi Tim, you're living in Medellin or making a trip there soon? I might be out there in about 3 weeks since I'm working on renewing my U.S. passport in Bogota so that will take up the next 2 weeks. Do you know of any salsa classes I can take there? I can Google it but if you have something first hand you know about that'll be real cool to try.

take care

Added another shirt to my wardrobe. A crayon green shirt with short sleeves that blends well with my brown tan.
