Southern girls, extremely limite chances if you are not White?

I never really thought of my race as a disability. Honestly, I am Americanized, no foreign accent or anything. I wasn't born in the US but I was raised here most of my life. I have no issues making friends here in the bible belt but there are issues dating.

A lot of my friends tell me that most girls who are White here will not date a man if he is a foreigner, they may make exceptions to Black American men but rarely even them. In a way it makes me sad since:

1. Most women in my university are White
2. Most attractive women in my university are White (university is like 80 percent White)

In a way, the south is the only area of America I have grown to know. I spent at least a decade here, am turning 20 pretty soon so I know little about life.

I ACCEPT that it should be the duty of ANY MAN to try his luck before listening to the BS. Here have been my attempts:

1. Most of the time whenever I approach a girl who is White (I approach the hispanic, black, and asian girls (though there are only few non-White women here) the same way), I get a very bad stare.
2. Most of the time when I talk to them they just try to ignore me completely (same happens to my Black and Latin friends too)
3. Most of the time when I even try to work with them, they do work with me but ignore any conversation and afterwards just avoid me (happens to nearly all of my non-White friends)

Now for a while I thought it was my looks (used to be a bit overweight but am now fit), maybe I was not trying hard enough, maybe I am just not approaching enough (my university is not that large) but now I am starting to suspect that me being the south has to do with it.

My Latino friend who goes to UGA also has a VERY HARD time dating there, especially if the women are White.

Americans, can you PLEASE shed some light on this?

For the last fucking time. Your race only matters if you think it matters. Get used to the fucking rejection and keep talking to women until you find one that likes you. Some girls will not like you because of your race, some girls will love you because of your race (novelty factor), most will be indifferent. So shut the fuck up and approach until you find one that likes you. Don't ask anymore questions until you've approached a 100 girls.

BTW, I'm not white. I was in Athens, Georgia and had enough white girls interested in my friends and I. One even slipped my friend her number and randomly called him at midnight. So get over your fucking insecurities, because that is what these are. End of story.

Edit: Oh BTW just 2 hours ago, I approached a woman from Dallas, TX. She was extremely receptive. When I was in Austin, TX, I had enough white girls attracted to me to last a lifetime. So all you are doing is making excuses. Develop a thick skin and learn to ignore rejection. You'll do fine.

Okay, yes, RACE IS NO EXCUSE, I EVEN SAID IT. You aren't White? then chances are you must be a Latino that looks White because those are the only guys who have some success there

and it isn't that the girls there flat out hate interracial dating alone, it is due to some sorority stuff, if a girl there in a sorority dates a Black guy say for instance, she is in danger of being kicked out of her sorority

I am not saying race is an excuse but in some circumstances, it does become limiting. So far, after all I have tried, that is the conclusion me and my black and latin friends have reached.

makes me so tired to see fatsos with no style, dudes who are try hards, and guys who these girls have dated who are not even that fit for it get laid while dudes with style and stuff get put on the sidelines because the girl can't date them due to what her friends will say
