Soon I am going to be better than these people (social life), am I being realistic?

So I go to a 4 year university, unfortunately, it is not a community college. Issue is, this university is about 6 minutes from my house or so. As a result I live at home and go to college. I did not want to be here but it ended up happening. Unfortunate indeed.

It is like high school here, SERIOUSLY most kids that go here are from the suburban high schools. Most kids in my science classes are from the suburban high schools as well (I am a science major). I went to a small high school in the urban area, most kids who are here are from the suburban district.

Here is the deal. We have A LOT of 25+ year olds here who are part time students. Majority of them have no time for a social life. We have kids from my county but most a lot of them are doing other majors, not science major. Majority just go to class and then go home (I went to high school in an urban district).

THEN you have the suburban kids. Majority are some pretty big snobs, most only hang with high school friends and maybe friends from other local high schools, a lot when talking to them make fun of kids and the schooling system in my district, we do have somewhat of a greek scene and SOME are a part of that. Basically, a lot of them have active social lives because they in the district about 6 miles away, went to big high schools, and only hang with their high school friends in college and basically the parties which go on in this are the house parties there.

ANYWAYS, I just think some days to myself, one day I will be better than them social life wise. I will transfer to a big university (an actual one), and my social life will be better than theirs. I will go partying, I will have a better social life, and they will just be stuck here while I am living it up.

I have tried to be social and interact with those kids as I have no options BUT MAN are they snobs and such. The few I have as friends are casual friends and stuff. They say hi, short conversations, but that is it. A lot do not want to get involved with me deeper than that like inviting me to a party or anything. I have tried to make friends with those kids but a lot of the times it has:

1. Ended up in insults
2. Ended up in race jokes sometimes
3. Ended up in them giving me a bad stare

I have tried to interact with them but I get blown out of the water because I did not know them in high school.

Am I being realistic in one day having a more active social life than theirs?

GPA needed = 3.2
GPA I have = 3.1

Should rise by the end of this semester and I would have to apply in the fall. I know a person there who has told me that if I can get it over that, with my record and resume I have a good chance. But you better believe I will apply to more than just one school.
