Star Should I pick her up for my date?
I have a date on Wednesday, and the girl lives an hour away. The thing is we're we going is 20 mins from where I live and I want to take her back to my place after. Is it awkward to have her follow me in her car after or should I just offer to pick her up?

Grant me the serenity to accept that some women are uninterested,
Courage to change the ones that are neutral,
And wisdom to know the difference.

I'd let her follow you because it will be the same result (going back to your place). An hour is a long way and I think less is more in this case, you'll enjoy the time and have less awkward gaps to fill with no hour ride (plus less needy in a certain way). Have fun!

What I usually do is have them meet up at my place first, show them around, then go to wherever we're going. If things are on, it's not so hard to get them back to your place to get it on.

Because living well is the best revenge.

RE: Should I pick her up for my date?
Uh, are those the only options? I mean driving for an hour to pick her up, then an hour back with her in the car and then the date... and then dropping her off after..is going to take you all day right? Can't you set off 10 minutes early to the date and see if there's anywhere she could leave her car if she wants to come to your place after. Then you can drop her off later again at her car. And if she doesn't want to come to your place...well she can bloody well drive home alone eh. Imagine if she doesn't and you have to drive her home again for a whole hour and then get your ass back home....that's 4 hours of driving for you for a date that probably wasn't da bomb.

No man, you're driving 20 minutes, max 3 times. To the date, home and back to her car. Got it?
