Mark wrote about a masturbation diet in his book to increase sexual drive. What you people think, did reducing mustarbation really increase the sexual drive or did it reduce it?

My experience from over two months is that yes, it increases your drive and motivation. But I don't really have much anything concrete to go by, other that am feeling hornier and more motivated - it could be circumstantial, it could be from other reasons. Sex has been pretty god, but the girls are regulars.

Is two weeks enough? I've been at it for 2 months, with a couple of porn slips and while I'm doing better it's hard to compare or to isolate the effects (while this may also be a factor in other achievements...) Or am I just moving my baseline, so it does not feel much of a difference?

For me personally, two weeks is enough to create an incredible sexual energy inside my body, different from the craving for porn and masturbation that I usually feel.

I've read that it takes 2 months for your brain to "reboot" (edit: it says 90 days in a comment in your link) and to get rid of porn conditioning. I did two months once and after that hard porn looked dirty, in a bad way. Soft porn, even just naked women, turned me on like craazy. And, of course, real, normal women (IRL) became way, way more attractive to me. Once you start watching porn again, it isn't long before you go to more and more extreme porn again though.
