Makeout with russian girl

After a workout at the gym I was feeling on top of the world. Was very happy with my improvements especially over the last ten days. I was pushing 20 KG more on the bench press and 16 KG more using the dumb bells. After a hot shower I headed into trafalgar square.

Spotted a lovely looking brunette sitting by herself reading a map on the steps. I walked upto her and said "Looks like someone is alittle lost" she looked up me smiled and just gazed into my eyes. I had seen that same look when the slovakian girl had looked at back in the bar all those weeks ago. I had a gut feeling that she was already into me. I had to suppress the urge to start using C&F. If I had done this it would have ruined the whole interaction.

She said "where are you from" I sat down beside her and began chatting away telling her where I was from. It turned out she was from Moscow and was spending her final day here she was flying back tomorrow.

I invited her for a green tea in a local coffee shop near the square. She agreed. We chatted about London she kept on looking into my eyes so I went silent and asked her "whats up".

She said I had very beautiful brown eyes. Her giving me a compliment totally caught me of guard. I thanked her for her kind words she asked me how old I was.

I replied guess. She said 28 years old ?. I smiled and again I felt the urge to use C&F but I thought fuck that I am gonna be totally honest none of this wierd shit. I told her I was 45 years old. Her face filled with both shock and surprise.

She said that I could easily be her daughter as she was 25 years old. I teased her and said "well you could be my little girl but I could only be a lover to you" she began blushing and turned away.

I invited her for a walk along the river thames. As we walked along the river I grabbed her and pulled her towards me. She said "no no I can't do this". The funny thing is she never resisted or pushed me away she allowed me to makeout with her.

After making out I asked her whether she would like to come back to my place she said no she cant do that.

As I walked her back to the station she invited me to Moscow and said I could stay at her place. At the station I made out with again and wished her goodbye.

I really enjoyed this interaction with her. It was the most natural thing ever.

Its one of my favourite places in the city especially during the summer along south bank. From next month theres lots of festivals on the river starting with the queens jubilee.

I wholeheartedly agree. You've really done a good job of improving various aspects of your life, Thor. I know you still have some way to go in the way you think...but you're on the right track. It's always a privilege to see people take control of their lives and improve like this.

I was hoping you could distill your thoughts and tell us what things you've been doing differently -- both in terms of action and mental attitude -- that you started seeing such improvements. I have a lot of patience when it comes to helping men through this part of their lives. But nothing irritates me more than when men ask another man for his "magicial answer" and simply fail to implement advice that has been given.

Let's take a look at why Thor has made such good improvements....


Lifestyle:

He makes FITNESS a priority.

He makes sure his FASHION is up to date.

He maximizes his LOOKS.

He TRAVELS and MEETS PEOPLE.

Approach:

The man approaches WITHOUT HESITATION even when he is fearful.

He deals with FAILURE and REJECTION but refuses to be kept down.

He takes our advice, learns from them, IMPLEMENTS THEM and continues to push forward.

Mindset:

He listens and understands how important THOUGHTS are.

He confronts PASS ISSUES and does READ UP ON THINGS HE KNOWS HE ISN'T GOOD AT YET.

Now does anyone want to ask him for his "super secret" formula to success?

Baller has basically summed it up. Dont get me wrong there are still days when I feel down in the dumps and feel like crap. I just feel its not healthy for me to post my negative feelings on the forum anymore. I dont think its fair on other members either.

There are days when I wish I was 25 years old again or wish I had learned all this stuff earlier but the reality is I just have to accept the way things are and build upon the strenghts I already have.

I make it a rule to talk to at least 3 girls a day that I like.
I make it a rule to get down to the gym at least 4 times a week
I made it a rule to sort out my fashion (did a session with mark)
I make it a rule to go and travel to another country once every 2 months.

I made a rule to remove myself from all the PUA forums why because they gave me the illusion that I could meet and shag any girl I want. In my humble opinion women have preferences too. I can't make a girl like me its something thats hard to swallow at first but I am getting there. Some women find me hot others are not into me its that simple.

I am going to be 46 years old this year and I am not getting any younger. I am blessed with good genetics that makes me look younger then I really am but thats not gonna last forever. So I have gotto make the changes now rather then later.

Reading Robert Glover's No More Mr. Nice Guy is a great read. Whilst reading it I had some interesting realizations about myself.

I have started spending time with close friends. At least once a week I will meetup with them over a drink and catchup.

You will be able to soon. You have a great attitude and a great proactive attitude to back it up. That is something a ton of people do not have.
