This is a really sad story. It really sucks that he did not get the help that he so desperately needed.

I hope his death makes people realize that even when someone appears to be strong, they can be really hurting on the inside.

My sincere condolences to his friends and family.

Man that's so sad. Just wrote this in the other thread too about how some people seem to have it easier in life:

It's also quite likely that he was suffering from CTE (degenerative brain injury from taking too many hits).

I never liked any of his teams but I loved watching him play... RIP.
