How do you guys manage and commit to multiple goals?
Right now I am working on my approach goals. I do 10-15 approaches a week, and I have been successful sticking with that goal.

However, once I introduce another goal, I start having difficulty completing it. For example - I want to work out 4 times a week in addition to making my approaches. I also want to start doing photography and painting again.

I may work out 2-3 times one week, and next week - none.

One way of looking at it is that it's ok. I prioritize my goals so that approaching women is the most important one, and that's the one that I absolutely have to complete. Working out is secondary, so I cut myself some slack. No masturbation is lower on my list Smile But there must be a way to do all especially when they all work synergistically. Like working out make you look good, feel good therefore more successful with women.

What's the best way?

Have a schedule where you fill in all the time slot for work out and approaches?

I am thinking every Saturday or Sunday I will sit down and write out all my goals for the week. I'll enter a rough schedule in my I-phone and allow for some flexibility since my work and social schedule is not very predictable.

Schedule, then follow. Be realistic with your schedule and leave out what realistically can't be achieved, not because of lack of time, but lack of energy.

Let sometime to yourself, to do what ever you want, and if possible let yourself at least one day off each week. In addition, if you fail to follow the schedule one day don't worry about it, cut yourself some slack and do NOTHING that day... Then go right back as if nothing happened.

Circumvent the brain's resistance to new behavior by taking small, incremental steps.

Wow i was actually about to post something like this. Im having the same problem.. it seems as if i wanna do too much at once (working out, meditation, journaling, approaching, new hobbies, etc.) that my mind is all over the place and i can't seem to focus on getting my goals accomplished :/

would love to hear some feedback on how you guys stay focused and achieve multiple goals...
