Holosync technology to assist in meditation
Has anyone had any experience of using biaural beats sound technology to help you put you in a meditative state ?. Theres alot of information out there on the internet but very little scientific evidence.

I've owned and used different glasses, tapes, and other whatnot. Supposedly they can sink you deeper into states, but I've found just learning and practicing has been the best in the long haul. That hardware goes with you wherever you travel.

Not that it isn't fun to mess around with the flashing glasses.

There are various holosync audio downloads you can purchase on the internet which supposedly assist in getting you into a meditative state more quickly then traditional meditative practises. To me anything that can help me get into that state quickly would be helpful as I am finding it very hard to sit and meditate.
