Girls and the Gym

I read the previous posts about approaching girls at the gym, wondering if anybody had any insight into approaching at the gym? Feels like everyone (including myself) at times is in the zone and not really there for social interaction along with the timing being difficult. For instance, she has headphones in, running, lifting, etc. I've tried to catch a few girls on the way out of the gym but that doesn't work, don't like waiting around, seems to obvious.

Just walk up and approach like you would any other girl. Remove your headphones and she'll most likely remove hers too. If not, you can always make the motion by signaling with your hands. From there do as you normally would.

Just remember to proceed with caution if it's a gym you frequent regularly.
