Escalating on a date

On a date I often have problems to escalate, so we end up having a good time (usually 2-3 hours in a bar), and maybe a 2nd date, but then it´s over.

So how do you escalate (verbally and physicly) on a date?

Specially when she is not replying my kino by touching me, I don´t know how i can push things. I try to touch her from the beginning of the date, beginning with arms, elbows and knees. Then I touch her legs and her hands, up to this point my touching is no longer then a few seconds. When I for example lay my hand down on hers and start to carressing it, the reaction is usually that she is not taking hers away, but also not replying to it. Should I continue by holding her hand? How long and frequent should my touchings be without being creepy?

Generally if things are going alright on the date they'll come a time in your head where you know you should make a move. When this happens you have to just go for it. Chances are you probably could have made the move a while back. Women like dominant guys who go for what they want. Don't think too much or worry about it, just go for it.
