Can you truly become a good looking guy?

So by the pics I posted on one of my first posts, you can see I am average. Unfortunately I am not bulky or lean muscle, I am a skinny kid.

Now there are guys who walk into a club and they have women growing crazy for them, guys who put their picture up on beautifulpeople.com and have a lot of people saying they are beautiful.

My question to you guys with experience is, or well are, THESE

1. Can you truly become a good looking guy?

2. How much does style and stuff like haircut and all that play into it?

I do realize genetics are very important but am curious to know if they can be overcome.

I think it's much easier for men to become good-looking than women. It's not so much about being really good-looking as much as not looking like shit. Studies have repeatedly shown that male attractiveness is judged much more by style, grooming, fashion and how well he takes care of himself and less on physical dimensions. Women are judged almost entirely on physical dimensions and symmetries. So in that sense, we're quite fortunate that we have so much control over our appearance.

You posted your pic on here, you look perfectly fine, you look better put together than most dudes I've seen on "pick up" sites, and that girl you used to go out with was hot. Can't you stop worrying and go out and just enjoy life for a second? Fuck girls right now, can't you go out and get too drunk or drive a go kart or eat some goddamn ice cream or something. The only reason girls don't dig you is cause you come off as a panicky worrywart!

Good looks are like a car's finish. You still need a tidy interior and the engine better fucking grind if you're trying to make an impression beyond the shiny appearance, which are a passive/receptive trait anyway. Not that I'm a superstar by any means when it comes to women. However, there are lots of attractive women in my city with men who aren't their magazine advertisement equivalent. Shit like looks, cock size, ethnicity, height, etc. seem like pre-established concerns by men that end up rejecting themselves before they let a woman even sniff their presence, or lack thereof. And I doubt you'd want the girl who is solely into you for your looks. It's not like VS models are flipping through GQ looking for their ideal man.

I looked at those pics. you look fine. if you're not getting girls, then its not because of your looks. be more aggressive in going after what you want.

pretty good site, if you get in, you do have to pay but you get in contact with tons of beautiful women and I have had some success dating because of that site

got me a date with this girl right here, I got a kiss in the end but never progressed farther than that =(
