T or "Ricky Raw"

All I know about him is that he's a black guy, kind of big on men's rights, has flirted in and out of the PUA scene, but is an excellent writer and has excellent posts on psychology and personal dynamics. I skip over most of his game stuff and his men's issues stuff and just read the psychology stuff.

Thanks, Mark. I agree with you. His grasp on psychology is pretty good!

Mark:

One thing he wrote really struck me. He said that what we consider to be "Chemistry" is actually unresolved issues with our parents that are being brought out by the other party. Do you agree with this?

Yes. This idea has been around for a long time in psychology.

One of my favorite quotes is:
"True love is when two people's pathologies complement one another."

Unresolved issues with our parents are not necessarily always bad things... or they can often have healthy expressions.

It's interesting. All this time, I thought that any lack of chemistry in my interactions with women was my fault, but the idea that chemistry is distinct from attraction is an interesting one. Do you think that some people put a higher weight on "chemistry" than others?

RE: Can anyone tell me about the Rawness?
Yes. It also depends on what a person wants as well. Chemistry basically means how much each person's natural personality triggers emotional responses in the other person. Chemistry is symmetrical.

Chemistry can be inhibited if a person does not express themselves authentically or clearly. So yes, if you go years and feel like you never have any chemistry with anyone you meet, it could be due to not communicating well. But natural chemistry often has a way of overcoming communication barriers as well. As I say in the book, the truth is always shining through.
