Body language and eye contact

Hey mark so I've been reading your book and after finishing it I decided to tackle each individual part until they're all habits of mine. But I was wondering about the eye contact part of the body language section. so I know you aren't supposed to be the person to break eye contact with someone while your walking, but I was wondering if there were any exceptions. Being that I tend to over think things I have a couple of scenarios. what if the girl just doesn't stop looking at you (this happened to me at the gym and I couldn't help but break eye contact lol), what if another guy has the same mentality and neither one of you break eye contact, or what if the guy or girl is like "what are you looking at?"

I really liked this demonstration by Nick Sparks... it's free and part of the promotion for their Fearless product but, even though it is a rehersal it just transmit perfectly how good eye contact and general body language compares to average and bad eye contact... give it a try. The actual "demo" starts about 5:40 or so
